Flexpak Sp. z o.o. is an European manufacturer and supplier of flexible packaging for the food and mailing industry.

Our headquarters and UK warehousing is based in Barnsley, South Yorkshire. Our main manufacturing facility is located in Zlotow, Poland.Our manufacturing site is BRC accredited ‘AA+’ Grade.

We are a specialist in the manufacture of wicketted bags, with over 25 years’ experience in flexible packaging industry.

We currently employ 31 people across all our sites.

We pride on supplying the very best service tailored exactly to our customers’ expectations. Our typical lead times are 4 weeks but in special cases less than 10 days. We can of course stock hold popular items for our customers, allowing next day delivery.

Due to our location in Europe, low overheads and efficient manufacturing processes we find we are extremely competitive within Europe and due to recent global supply changes we are now challenging the supply of the Far East.

Bespoke design and print service

Our professional graphic studio has a reputation for producing designs to the highest flexographic standards, who can help you to create unique artwork from scratch.

We offer our customers “full package” from design of artwork, preparation of photopolymer plates, flexographic printing on a specific surface of flexible packaging and finally we will deliver finished product into appointed place.
